We enjoyed our stay and the fact that all of us could be together. The view was gorgeous and we would definitely do it again.

November 2018 - The balcony was outrageous and the view couldn't have been any better. We all loved it! Kamala M

November 2018 - We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is spacious and roomy. There are enough amenities in the house for a comfortable stay. The view of ocean is amazing. Mandar V

November 2018 - We were 4 families with kids and everyone loved this house. It was roomy and bright. It had 4 king beds which is a rare for houses of this size. The beach is right across the road (be careful with kids as this is a high traffic road). The private cabana on the beach is broken due to hurricane. The kitchen was spacious and had all the necessary stuff. There are only 2 baths and the lock on the 2nd floor bath was broken, so someone has to guard the door while you are in there or you need to be a good singer :-) There were plenty of beach towels and regular towels for use. The patio on the 2nd floor was very nice. You can sit there in the afternoon sipping beer and watching the ocean. There is a big terrace which again was a plus. It has a fabulous view of the ocean and surroundings. Nice place for an evening party. Very close to I-95 so getting there was easy. Mandar V

October 2018 - The views from this home are amazing. It is located quite near excellent dining and shopping destinations. The interior is clean and well equipped with needed cooking and dining utensils as well as laundry equipment. The views of the Atlantic are spectacular from the decks or the windows. I woke to witness the sunrise every day that I was there. The only negative statement that I am able to mention is the bedroom arrangements. Privacy can be an issue if you are travelling with people that you aren't close to. That having been said I will certainly still consider this particular property for my next visit to this area. William W

September 2018 - Had a great time staying there. Easy to access the beach and very close to restaurants. Overall, beautiful house with great location. Would stay again. Ryan G

July 2018 - Nice home. Rosa B

June 2018 - What a perfect house for a big family. The bedroom arrangement was a little strange, but it turned out to work well with all of the kids. The roof top deck was really nice and the open floor plan helped us not feel on top of each other. This was one of our favorite houses at one of our favorite beaches! We would love to have the hot tub back working. Trina W

May 2018 - The House is lovely. Designed well. It needs a few things updated and working. Overall though myself and the family enjoyed it so much! Catherine V

April 2018 - After spending a few days at Disney World we were in need of some peace and quiet and Flagler Beach definitely fit the bill. The house was nice and big enough for our family (we like lots of room!) Like others mentioned the bedroom situation was a little weird but it worked out for us. I was a bit disappointed to find no barbecue when it was clearly listed in the listing that there was an outdoor grill. We loved the location that was right on the beach (although sometimes busy road) and the beach was almost like our own private beach. The house is just about a mile north of the actual small town and pier so we took many walks along A1A and runs in the morning. We loved walking to Break Awayz (our favorite restaurant we found less than a mile away). There are grocery stores a quick drive away and Daytona Beach and St. Augustine a short drive away. If we find ourselves in Flagler Beach again we will definitely plan a stay at 1703. Owner note - the grill is in the garage. Bonnie G

April 2018 - The house is large with lots of space for everyone. The living area is comfortable for a large group to enjoy. It was disappointing that the hot tub was not in working order and that the tiki hut was no longer covered. As many have said, the bedroom layout is odd and not all bedrooms are private but you can’t beat the space for the price. Amanda C

July 2017 - We rented this home for rest and relaxation for our large family... First let me say, Flagler Beach is the perfect quaint little beach town! Having vacationed many decades in Ormond Beach, I knew wanted something similar - the less commercialism, the better. Flagler Beach area is perfect! We were absolutely delighted by having the peachy colored beach all to ourselves except for the occasional person walking a dog. The water was beautiful ... our kids enjoyed boogie boarding and picking up shells. The sunrises were fabulous we couldn't have asked for better weather all week. This home is located perfectly between St. Augustine and Daytona. So obviously, there's lots of options to travel about easily. It's about a mile or so from the pier and a short distance to many local restaurants. Through the week, we generally prepared meals at home in the well-appointed kitchen and on the BBQ grill. Many evenings we drove a short distance to Sally's Ice cream and enjoyed awesome homemade ice cream. We also ate at the popular Flagler Fish Company ... loved it so much that we bought Tshirts! The home itself, is beautiful. We enjoyed the roof top deck and covered second story balcony. We were a bit disappointed that the hot tub was out of service, but the views and the beauty of the beach made up for it. As I mentioned, the kitchen was well-appointed and had everything item we needed to prepare full family style meals. We had plenty of space ... but as others had mentioned, the bedroom spaces were awkwardly configured as too maximize sleeping space. Basically, there wasn't much privacy for sleeping babies - it felt communal (which is fine for many groups who may rent). And as listed in the description, there's only 2 bathrooms... so we had to "take a number!" But I will say that we never ran out of hot water despite our large group. As far as the upkeep of the house, it was clean as a house adjacent to a sandy beach can be. The location, beachside cabana, super easy access to the beach, garage, adequate parking, and great kitchen all attributed to a great family vacation and we enjoyed it. Jennifer H

July 2017 - The view of the ocean from the home balconies and living area windows was breathtaking! The living and kitchen area was great for entertaining a large group. The private property cabana was a great addition for our days at the beach. The property is in a great location for the Flagler beach, the pier, and restaurants. The layout of the bedrooms and bathroom were odd and not much privacy, but does accommodates a large group. Amy H
