From the moment, you walk into this stylish condominium you will feel tranquil and relaxed as you melt into the peaceful decor. The balcony will entice you as it looks out over the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. The beach here is like no other in Florida as the coquina rock offers hours of exploration especially during low tide, so bring your boots or crocs and check out the tide pools! The beach is a little rocky but there is plenty of white sand beaches within walking distance. The Surf Fishing is fantastic! Perfect for the experienced or novice fisherman, the blue green water is teeming with fish such as, reds, blues, sheep head, and whiting. If fishing, tide pooling and beach combing are not enough, there are plenty of other activities to do at the resort. Try your hand at tennis, shuffle board, and horseshoes or head over to the dock on the Intracoastal for fishing, boating or kayaking. And if that is still not enough, there are three swimming pools!

The spacious open living area with tiled floors literally looks out over the foamy Atlantic Ocean. For a more spectacular view step out on to the large ocean front balcony where you can relax in comfortable patio furniture, or roll out your yoga mat for the perfect vacation practice. The living/dining area provides a futon, sofa and loveseat, a 40" flat screen television with DVD, and a dining table and chairs. Cook and serve chef inspired meals in a completely stocked, ocean view kitchen with granite counter tops and an island bar with barstools. There is a grill on the balcony for your convenience or down below you will find two barbeque stations by the pool so you can swim and grill dinner at the same time!

The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed; you can lay in bed for hours gazing out at the ocean through the large window. There is a wall mounted flat screen TV for late night movies in bed. Bring enough clothing to last a month! The master bedroom has plenty of closet space for both him and her with an adjoining master bath with double sinks, granite countertops, a bath tub and a large step in shower. The Second bedroom has a queen-sized bed that offers a view of the Intracoastal lake area. The third bedroom, has a daybed with a trundle for kids or guests, or could be used as an office. If you do have to work, or just want to keep connected, you have free cable and Wi-Fi. A second bathroom with walk in shower make this condo spacious enough to accommodate up to 8 (including futon). Additional amenities include a washer & dryer inside the condo.

Well Kept/Great View

Trip Date:

SRC2-708 is conveniently located between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach with easy access to Palm Coast and Flagler Beach. There is a great view and easy access to the beach/ocean. Flagler County has done a great job restoring the dunes damaged by recent hurricanes. #708 has all the amenities to make visitors feel at home. The swimming pool and fitness center are close by. Any issues are addressed immediately and a special thanks to Angela for going the extra mile. This is our second visit and we are looking forward to future stays.

November 2016 - We had a much needed long weekend here back in November. The condo is spacious, clean, and the views are breathtaking. We enjoyed having a condo away from the busiest parts of St. Augustine, while still being within a short car ride of all the attractions. My wife ran in the St. Augustine 10k run, and it was easy to access from the property. For a family of five it was a great location and an affordable option. It is very nice to be able to prepare our own meals in the kitchen and we had a wonderful time using the balcony and enjoying the views and local wildlife. We can't wait to return, and highly recommend this property!!!

October 2016 - Even though we only came from Orlando we were not familiar with the Palm Coast area called the Hammock. The place was fantastic, the condo decorated beautifully, fully stocked and very clean. The view from the balcony was to die for. We sat out there at night and watched the moon rise over the crashing waves, and in the morning seeing the sum rose as dolphins played. It does not get much better than that, we looked forward to coming back to this condo and view after sight seeing. The European Village was a 5 minute drive and there was a band playing in the square and the kids even trick or treated as we sat and had a fabulous dinner. We would also recommend that and will go back there again. We were only an hour away but it felt like a totally different part of the world. Love Surf Club and Love 708. We booked this thru TeemingVR and Kiana was especially helpful. We will also use them again for our next vacation.

July 2016 - The condo was very clean. It took us a day to figure out the pool key with the help of some neighbors. The keys were not in the drawer where the check-in paper said they were but it didn't take us long to find them. We enjoyed our stay. This is our second year at Surf Club, third year in Palm Coast. Surf Club is very quiet and we will be returning next year.

August 2015 - The property is a good for the price point. We did have a few issues but the management handled them promptly and bought our dinner one night to compensate. The view is spectacular, but the beach disappears at high tide. We like how secluded it is. We would stay there again.
